Product Description:

PENTENS T200H is made from newly developed waterborne polyurethane and acrylic polymers. It can significantly reduce solar heat absorption in air-conditioned, non-air-conditioned buildings, absorb most of the heat load on building exterior walls and reduce the temperature to levels similar to those in shaded outdoor areas.

Application Guide:

Step 1 :

Prime the substrate with mixture of PENTENS T-007 and water (1:3 ratio). Apply by brushing at approximately 0.2–0.3 kg/m².

Step 2 :
Apply PENTENS T-200H in at least two coats.

Step 3 :

Apply the first coat in a single direction.

Step 4 :
If possible, apply the second coat at right angles to the first coat.

Step 5 :

Allow the first coat to cure for 2 - 8 hours before applying the second coat.

Step 6 :

PENTENS T-200H can be applied using airless spray equipment, brush, or roller.

Step 7 :

For areas exposed to hot drying winds, applying 2 - 3 thin coats may give better results than one thick coat.
