Product Description:

Procoat Z488 Fiber is a one-component, water-based, liquid elastic waterproofing coating, based on styrene-acrylic copolymers with integral PP Fiber reinforcement.

Characteristics / Advantages:

• Water-based and non-flammable
• Low VOC, low odour and non-toxic
• High elastic and capable of bridge stationary cracks
• Excellent UV and weather resistance
• Able to absorb expansion and shrinkage movement without cracking
• Good bonding to various substrates

Storage:

• Store in cool and dry place temperatures between +5 to +30 degree.

Application Tools:

• Paint brush
• Paint roller (below 13mm thickness)

Application Guide:

STEP 1:

• Substrates must be clean and free of all contaminants. Repairing cracks before application.

STEP 2:

• Mix Z488 using a mixer until is completely smooth. Apply first coat using paint roller, brush or airless spray.

STEP 3:

• Apply second coat of Z488 as soon as the first coat dries after 4-8 hours depending on the drying speed from climate weathers.

STEP 4:

• Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
