1975
Our business was started by Mr Tan Teck Chong in early year of 1975 with the name "BAN LEE HARDWARE 萬利五金". Ban Lee Hardware is a retail hardware store located in the town area of Ipoh, Perak and it was initially in the business based on a comprehensive range of hardware components and building products supplying its product to hardware’s retailers, end-user and contractors.
2009
In line with our rapid expansion, our business has gradually grown from a small enterprise to a respectable wholesale company with the title of BANLI HARDWARE SDN BHD 万利五金有限公司, headed by Mr Tan Han Lay (eldest son of Mr Tan Teck Chong) and Ms Tang Choi Yen (Wife of Mr Tan Han Lay). Banli Hardware Sdn Bhd has attained as one of a leading and preferred wholesale hardware and building product distributor within Perak region.
Up to date, our company is having more than 40 years of history in business and we are offering various range and quality of products to our existing customers, contractors, hardware owners and project developments. Ultimately, the company has been taking shape to the expansion of the ideal type of business entities. Our sales division is supported by our dedicated internal sales team and our vision is to be the first hardware wholesaler our customers think of when it comes to excellent services.
