Product Description:

 

PENTENS PU-300 is a one-part polyurethane grout designed to permanently stop water leaks while maintaining or restoring the original structural strength.

Storage:

  • Store in dry, cool place. Good storage stability for unopened containers at 15°C ~ 30°C.

Application Guide:

STEP 1 : Remove any mineral deposits or debris from the concrete surface, especially those caused by long-term water leakage.

 

STEP 2 : Drill holes for the injection ports (mechanical packers). The holes should ideally intersect near the center of the structure to ensure proper resin penetration.

 

STEP 3 : Place the packers into the holes so the top of the rubber sleeve sits below the concrete surface. If needed, gently tap them in and tighten securely with a wrench.\

 

STEP 4 : (Optional) If necessary, flush the crack with water to help the resin penetrate thicker walls more effectively.

 

STEP 5 : Select the appropriate resin based on crack type and site conditions:

  • Active leaks: PENTENS PU-300

  • Cracks and expansion joints: PENTENS PU-101

  • Hairline or dry cracks: PENTENS T-800
    Some situations may require a combination of products.

 

Step 6 : After injection, remove the packers within 1 hour and patch the holes with PENTENS T-800. Ensure the area is clean and tidy.
