Product Description:

PENTENS Q-SET is a new generation, dual action liquid, high range water reducer and hardening accelerator for promoting a high early strength without negatively influencing final strengths. PENTENS Q-SET is chloride-free and is compatible with all types of Portland cement, including Sulphate Resistant Cement (SRC).

Application Guide:

Step 1 :
Use PENTENS Q-SET at approximately 1.0 litre per 100 kg of cement per cubic meter of concrete. It is recommended to conduct a trial mix to determine the exact dosage required.

Step 2 :
Ensure all concrete components, including cement, aggregates, and water, are fully discharged into the pan mixer or truck mixer.

Step 3 :
Dispense PENTENS Q-SET directly into the premixed concrete in the mixer.

Step 4 :
Allow the mixture to mix thoroughly to ensure the admixture is evenly distributed.

Step 5 : Important Note
For optimum performance, do not dilute PENTENS Q-SET before adding it to the concrete mix.
