    • First Coat :
      • Application of SikaCoat-333 : 0.35 kg/m²
    • Second Coat :
      • Application of SikaCoat-333 : 0.35 kg/m²

    For roof:

    • Primer :
      • Dilute SikaCoat®-333 with 15–20 % clean water
      • Application : 0.3 kg/m² (Undiluted)
    • First Coat :
      • Application of SikaCoat-333 : 0.6 kg/m²
    • Second Coat :
      • Application of SikaCoat-333 : 0.6 kg/m²

    Application Steps:

    Step 1 : Substrate Preparation

    • Ensure substrates are free of standing water, clean and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, coatings, laitance, surface treatments and loose friable material.

    Step 2 : Mixing

    • Mix SikaCoat®-333 (manually or with a low-revolution mixer) until it is completely homogeneous.

    Step 3 : Application

    • Dilute SikaCoat 333 with 15-20% of clean water.
    • Stir gently until the mix is homogenous and achieve uniform colour.
    • Apply a layer of diluted SikaCoat 333 using a short hair wool roller, brush or airless spray onto the substrate, observing how it penetrates well in all the cracks.
    • After the primer has dried (> 3 hours at +30 °C), apply successive layers of SikaCoat 333 to the desired film thickness.
    • Ensure the previous layer is completely dry before the next layer.

Step 4 : Cleaning of Tools

    • Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
    • Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
