Product Description:

PENTENS HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION PACKER is used for injecting repair materials like epoxy or polyurethane into concrete cracks. It is 10cm long with 13mm diameter, suitable for high-pressure applications in waterproofing and structural repairs. It is made of durable materials to ensure a secure fit and good injection results.
 

Application Guide:

STEP 1:
Remove any mineral deposits or debris from the concrete surface, especially from long-term water leaks.

STEP 2:
Drill holes for the injection ports (mechanical packers), ideally intersecting near the center of the crack or structure.

STEP 3:
Place packers into the holes with the rubber sleeve below the concrete surface. Tap if necessary and tighten securely with a wrench.

STEP 4: (Optional)
Flush the crack with water if needed to improve resin penetration, especially for thicker walls.

STEP 5:
Select the appropriate resin based on the crack type and site conditions, then inject to seal the crack effectively.
