Pentens PU Injection Pump
Brand : Pentens
Product Type : High Pressure Polyurethane Crack Injection System
Application Area : Cold joints, Expansion joints, Working cracks
Product Description:
PENTENS advanced Crack Injection Systems with High-Pressure Polyurethane being the most widely used. Unlike epoxy resins, which often fail on active water leaks due to slow reaction and poor bonding on wet surfaces, PENTENS Polyurethane Systems effectively stop flowing water.
Products like PU-300, 101, 107, 168, and 108 react quickly with water to form an expanding foam, creating a strong, semi-rigid or flexible closed-cell seal. The reaction speed can be controlled by adding a specific percentage of accelerator, allowing gel time to range from a few seconds to several minutes.

- The packers can be removed within 24 hours and the holes should be patched.
- If desired, an electric grinder can be used to remove excess cured grout that flowed out the cracks.
