Product Description:
SikaBond®-124 Instant Nails is a 1-part, rigid, adhesive with high final strength that bonds most common construction & industry material substrate. Internal and covered external use.

An adhesive to bond most components, such as:
- Skirting boards
- Wooden frames
- Battens
- Panels
- Mouldings
- Hard PVC profiles
- Sheet boards
- Metal protection angles

Storage:
The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Always refer to packaging.
Application Guide:
- Substrate Temperature : +5 °C min. / +40 °C max
- Open Time : ~1–5 min (23 °C / 50 % r.h.)
Application Steps:
Step 1 : Substrate Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, sound, dry and free of oil, grease and surface contamination. Thoroughly remove all loose flaking particles and dust. Light abrasion is recommended for improved adhesion.
Step 2 : Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment immediately after use with Sika® Remover-208. Once cured, hardened material can only be removed mechanically. For cleaning skin use Sika® Cleaning Wipes-100.
