- Interior and exterior waterproofing and damp-proofing of concrete, cementitious rendering, brickwork and blockwork.
- Protection of concrete structures against de-icing salts and freeze-thaw attack effects.
- Exterior waterproofing of basement walls in new construction and refurbishment.
- Pore / blowhole filling
- Rigid waterproofing of water tanks, bathrooms, toilets, etc.
- Sealing fine "hairline" cracks in concrete structures not subject to movement
- Sealing internal basement walls against dampness
- Leveling mortar for concrete repair works

Curing Treatment :
Generally not required but precautions should be taken for applications done directly under sunlight and windy conditions.
Consumption:
- Waterproofing bathrooms, terraces and balconies:
- 1.0 kg/m² per coat
- Waterproofing coating more than 1m waterhead:
- 1.5 kg/m² per coat
- As a protective coating:
- 2.0 kg/m² per coat
*Must be applied in minimum of 2 coats, including upturns up 300mm height.
*3 coats may be required in areas of extremely high infiltration.
*For upturn more 300mm height, please contact us.
Application Steps:
Step 1 : Mixing
- Mix Part B into Part A in a clean container
- Use low-speed mixer (~3 mins, max. 500 rpm)
- Do NOT use free-fall/drum mixer
- Adjust consistency by reducing Part A:
- Trowel application: use ~90% of Part A (≈4.5 kg)
- Pot life: ~30 minutes
Step 2 : Surface Preparation
- Ensure substrate is clean and saturated (damp, not wet)
- Apply first coat while surface is still damp
Step 3 : Application Methods
As Slurry (Brush / Broom)
- Apply using hard bristle brush or broom
- Apply 1st coat in one direction
- Apply 2nd coat crosswise after first coat hardens
As Mortar (Trowel)
- Use reduced Part A (90%)
- Apply with trowel for smooth finish
- Fill pores / blowholes tightly
- Apply 2nd coat after first coat hardens
Step 4 : Coating Intervals
- Allow 4–8 hours between coats (>20°C)
- For floors:
- Apply 2nd coat within 24 hours
- If after 12 hours → lightly pre-wet surface
Step 5 : Finishing
- Smooth finish by rubbing with soft dry sponge after 2nd coat
Step 6 : Curing and Cleaning
- Generally not required
- Protect from direct sun & strong wind
- Clean tools with water immediately after use
- Hardened material: mechanical removal only
