Product Description :
Sika® Fastplug-102 is a chloride free, fast-setting cementitious mortar in pre-packed powder form. When mixed with water it becomes a powerful, fast-setting permanent waterplug.
Usage:
To stop water leaks and seepage through rock and concrete, as well as through joints between concrete and steel (bolt surroundings, ducts, sheetpiles, etc.) in subways, culverts, tunnels, dams, basements, pools, etc.

Storage Conditions:
Store properly in original, unopened and undamaged packaging in dry and cool conditions. Protect from direct sunlight.
Technical Information:
- Reaction to fire : Fire rating, Classified A1 - Sika® Fastplug-102 will not contribute in any state of the fire including fully developed fire.
Application Guide:
- Mixing Ratio : Sika Fastplug-102 : water = 1 : 0.24–0.30 (by weight)
Application Steps:
Step 1 : Substrate Preparation
- Check the full extent and reason for the leak to ensure no further problems will be caused by sealing the leak.
- Then cut concrete or rock in "V" shape around the leaking point.
- Remove all chippings, unsound and loose particles and clean surface with water prior to application of Sika Fastplug-102.
Step 2 : Mixing
- Mix Sika Fastplug-102 with clean water (refer mixing ratio above).
- Mix only small quantities - as Sika Fastplu-102 is super fast setting.
Step 3 : Application
- Apply freshly prepared Sika Fastplug-102 into V-shapes cut, starting from outside and towards the centre (plug minor leaks).
Step 4 : Post Application
- Hold material in place by hand for 1 - 2 minutes
- Keep the surface damp
- The hardening time of Sika Fastplug-102 is between 80-130 seconds (at +25°C).
Step 5 : Cleaning of Tools
- Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be mechanically removed.
