Product Description:
SikaCeram®-450 H consists of high-quality special cement, fine aggregates, anti-cracking components and a variety of additives, the product has good mobility, automatic levelling off the floor, easy to operate, saving manpower. The thickness of one-time construction can be up to 40 mm, at room temperature, it can be manned in 4 hours, and the next process can be carried out in 24 hours at the earliest. Shorten the working period and save space.

Application Steps:
Step 1 : Mixing
SikaCeram®-450 H must be mixed with clean water using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3–7 minutes until a homogenous lump-free paste is achieved. The wet mix should be use within 30–45 minutes after mixing.
Step 2 : Application
Apply SikaCeram®-450 H onto moist, clean substrate using a wooden/steel float or steel trowel while the mix is still workable. It can be applied at a recommended thickness of 2–40 mm. SikaCeram®-450 H should be cured for at least 7 days prior to any tiling works.
Step 3 : Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
