Product Description:

SikaWall®-192 Finish is a one component cementitious fine finishing coat for skimming on wall and ceilings. It's smooth finishing and good adhesion is suitable for internal application.

 

    Usage:

    A fast and economical way to patch fine surface imperfections such as pinholes and hairline cracks.

    Storage Conditions:

    Store properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, rain and water.

     

    Application Guide:

    • Mixing Ratio : 12 L water per 25kg bag

    • Fresh Mortar Density : 1.60 - 1.68 kg/L

    • Layer Thickness : 0.7mm - 2.0mm
    • Consumption : 1.1 -1.2 kg/m²/mm

    Application Steps:

    Step 1 : Mixing

    • Pour clean water into a clean container, then add SikaWall®-192 Finish while stirring continuously until a smooth consistency is achieved.
    • Allow mixture to stand for a few minutes.
    • Mix again and the plaster is ready for use.

     

    Step 2 : Application

    • Use steel trowel or spatula for application.
    • The coat is levelled off to a smooth surface with a steel trowel.
    • Ensure that the applied coat has hardened before application of subsequent coats.

     

    Step 3 : Cleaning of Tools

    • Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
    • Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
