Product Description:
SikaWall®-191 Base is a cement based filling and levelling plaster for concrete surfaces. SikaWall®-191 Base consists of finely crushed white marble and high grade sand of consistent quality and composition, modified with alkali-resistant additives.
Usage:
A fast and economical way to level uneven substrates such as concrete, aerated concrete, hollow block walls, light-weight blocks, etc.

Storage Conditions:
Store properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, rain and water.

Mixing Ratio : 6.8 - 7.8 L water per 25kg bag
Fresh Mortar Density : 1.60 - 1.90 kg/L

Application Steps:
Step 1 : Mixing
- Pour clean water into a clean container, then add SikaWall®-191 Base while stirring continuously until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- Allow mixture to stand for a few minutes.
- Mix again and the plaster is ready for use.
Step 2 : Application
- Use steel trowel or spatula for application.
- The coat is then levelled off to a smooth finish.
- Ensure that the applied coat has hardened before application of subsequent coats.
Step 3 : Cleaning of Tools
- Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
- Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
