Product Description:
Sikafloor®-137 Screed is a durable, high quality cementitious premixed floor screed specially formulated for casting onto both old and new concrete floor.
Usage:
Sikafloor®-137 Screed is suitable for all new and old concrete substrates such as housing estate void deck floors, heavy industrial floors or other concrete substrates. It also provides suitable bedding to receive tiles in both internal and external areas.

Storage:
Store properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.

Application Guide:
- Mixing ratio : 5.6–6.4 L of water per 40 kg bag
- Fresh mortar density : 2.1–2.3 kg/L
Application Steps:
Step 1 : Mixing
Sikafloor®-137 Screed must be mixed with clean water using a hand-held or mechanical mixer for 3–7 minutes until a homogenous lump-free paste is achieved. The wet mix should be use within 30–45 minutes after mixing.
Step 2 : Application
Apply Sikafloor®-137 Screed onto moist, clean substrate using a wooden/steel float or steel trowel while the mix is still workable. It can be applied at a recommended thickness of 10–50 mm.
Sikafloor®-137 Screed should be cured for at least 7 days prior to any tiling works.
Step 3 : Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
